About the series

Menajerimi Ara (Call My Agent) is the Turkish adaptation of the French hit Dix pour cent (Call My Agent!), produced by Ay Yapım for Star TV. It aired from 25 August 2020 to 11 July 2021 for 45 episodes, directed by Ali Bilgin and then Deniz Çelebi Dikilitaş, and stars Barış Falay, Canan Ergüder, Fatih Artman, Serhat Teoman, Ahsen Eroğlu, Deniz Can Aktaş, Ayşenil Şamlıoğlu and Özge Borak.

Story

The series is set at EGO, a talent agency in Istanbul where agents fight every day to keep their star clients happy, land them the best roles and stop their careers and egos from falling apart. Behind the glamour of the film and TV world, the agents juggle impossible demands, rivalries and their own messy personal lives.

Kıraç Özdal (Barış Falay) is one of EGO’s most successful agents and will try anything to succeed, while Çınar Bilgin (Fatih Artman) is a manager who tries to keep the office together.

Celebrity cameos

As in the French original, each episode features real Turkish stars playing themselves, which made the series a favourite with viewers who love behind-the-scenes stories of the entertainment industry. Guests included singer and actor Murat Dalkılıç.
