Terms of Service

These terms apply to everyone who uses turkishactors.net (“Turkish Actors”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them.

The site

Turkish Actors publishes news, profiles and lists about Turkish TV series and actors, and runs fan polls. Polls are for entertainment: results reflect the votes of our readers, not an official ranking.

Accounts

You can sign in with Google to become a member. We only keep your Google account id, display name and profile picture. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the polls (bots, scripts, vote farming, multiple accounts) or the comments.

Fair voting

Each poll has limits (waiting time between votes and a daily cap). Trying to get around them, for example with automated tools, VPN rotation or fake accounts, is not allowed. We may remove votes that we believe were cast unfairly.

Fan Pass and bonus votes

Fan Pass is a monthly subscription that increases your voting allowance on the site. Bonus votes are one-off packs of extra votes that are used automatically when you are out of free votes; they do not expire while the site operates them.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payments, taxes and invoices are handled by Paddle under Paddle’s buyer terms.

• Cancelling Fan Pass: you can cancel anytime from the link in your receipt email. You keep the perks until the end of the period you paid for, and you will not be charged again.
• Refunds: see our Refund Policy.
• Paid features change how many votes you can cast; they do not guarantee any poll result. Poll rules and allowances may change, and we will tell members about significant changes in advance.

Content and comments

Articles, images and poll designs on the site belong to Turkish Actors or their respective owners. Comments must be respectful; we moderate and may remove comments that are abusive, spam or illegal.

Liability

The site is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep information accurate and the polls running, but we are not liable for interruptions, errors or decisions made based on poll results, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date of the latest version is shown on this page. Questions: hi@turkishactors.net.
