Refund Policy

Purchases on Turkish Actors (Fan Pass and bonus vote packs) are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record.

All sales are final

Fan Pass and bonus votes are digital services that are delivered to your account immediately after payment. By completing a purchase you ask us to start delivering right away and you acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law, you lose your right to withdraw from the purchase once delivery has started. For this reason we do not offer refunds for change of mind, for votes that have been used, or for a Fan Pass period that has started.

When we do refund

• you were charged twice for the same purchase,
• the bonus votes or Fan Pass perks never reached your account and we cannot fix it, or
• a refund is required by the consumer law that applies to you.

Any other refund is at our sole discretion. If a refund is issued, the related bonus votes are removed from your account and any Fan Pass ends immediately.

Fan Pass cancellation

You can cancel Fan Pass anytime from your account page or the link in your receipt email. Cancelling stops future payments; your perks stay active until the end of the month you already paid for. Payments already made are not refunded.

If something went wrong with a purchase, email hi@turkishactors.net with the email address used for the purchase. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
