Plot

Güneş is a 35-year-old literature teacher in İzmir, raising three daughters after her husband left: the 17-year-old twins Nazlı and Selin, and 15-year-old Peri. When she falls in love with the wealthy Haluk Mertoğlu, she decides to marry him and moves with her daughters into his mansion in Istanbul.

Selin is thrilled and tries to join the popular crowd, while Nazlı does not trust Haluk and at first refuses to move, joining the family later for her mother’s sake. Nazlı meets Haluk’s nephew Savaş, a distant young man haunted by the death of his girlfriend. Haluk’s son Ali, who grew up without love from his parents, resents the newcomers and makes Selin his target, until he starts to fall for her.
