Biography
Burak Yörük is a Turkish actor who plays Oruç Furtuna in Taşacak Bu Deniz, the most watched Turkish series of the 2025–2026 season. He is also known as Barış in the 4N1K films and series. He was born Burak Erman Yörük on 26 May 1995 in Istanbul and grew up in Ümraniye.
Career
Yörük started acting on television at the age of six, took a break at twelve to play basketball and returned to acting training at fourteen. He studied theatre at Beykent University and later gastronomy at Bahçeşehir University while continuing to work.
He appeared in Biz Boşanıyoruz, 20 Dakika and Dayan Yüreğim and in the films Perde and Dede Korkut – Salur Kazan. He became widely known as Barış Ozansoy in the film 4N1K and the series 4N1K İlk Aşk, a role he returned to in 4N1K 2 and 4N1K Yeni Başlangıçlar. He also appeared in Baraj, Aşk Mantık İntikam and Seversin.
In Taşacak Bu Deniz he plays Oruç, a Black Sea warrior and healer, and was promoted to the lead cast. He also runs a popular YouTube channel and his own clothing brand.
