Ayça Bingöl

Ayça Bingöl is a Turkish actress and voice artist with a long career on stage, in film and in television. She was born on 16 January 1975 in Istanbul.

Training and theatre

Bingöl graduated from the Theatre Department of the Istanbul University State Conservatory in 1998. She had already begun acting professionally in 1996 at the Dormen Theatre, and between 1998 and 2000 she performed as a guest actress at Tiyatro Fora.

She was part of the Yeditepe Oyuncuları company, joined Duru Tiyatro in the 2007–2008 season with the play Bana Bir Picasso Gerek, and the following season appeared in Nehrin Solgun Yüzü at Tiyatro Stüdyosu. This stage background gives her performances the depth that has made her a sought-after supporting and lead actress.

Television, film and voice work

Alongside theatre, Bingöl has worked steadily in television series, films and commercials, and she is also an experienced voice actress, lending her voice to dubbing and narration projects.
